PRM seeks concept notes for research projects to strengthen evidence-based humanitarian decision making by PRM and its partners worldwide. Concept notes must focus on one of the following topics: Humanitarian financing, relief and development coherence, civilian-military interaction in conflicts, or post-conflict refugee returns.
