The Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL, or the Department), announces the availability of funding for one cooperative agreement(s) to fund a technical assistance project(s) in Mexico to promote internationally recognized labor rights particularly by supporting implementation of the landmark labor law reform enacted in February 2017 and May 2019.1 The project would prioritize assisting workers in at least three of the following sectors: aerospace, mining, steel, aluminum, industrial bakeries, electronics, or call centers. The project objective is to improve workers' realization of their rights under Mexican labor laws.
