HASTAC Digital Humanities Conference

Join the Digital Humanities department, The Nexus Lab, May 11-14, 2016 for the annual national HASTAC conference, right here at ASU!

Wednesday, May 11, 2016 - 9:00am to Saturday, May 14, 2016 - 8:00pm

Striving for Impact: HASTAC's 2016 conference will emphasize and encourage broader conversations about the past, current, and potential impact of interdisciplinary work in research and education. If the digital humanities are one successful configuration of humanistic and technological research domains, what other configurations are available or urgently necessary?

HASTAC 2016 will investigate the potential for new work and also encourage participants to engage ways that collaborative teams might use channels beyond academic publication to impact local communities, national conversations, or worldwide systems.

The IHR Nexus Lab is hosting the 2016 session of the Humanities, Arts, Science and Technology Collaboratory (HASTAC) on the Tempe Campus, May 11-14, 2016.

The conference is a collection of interdisciplinary researchers, artists, and practitioners. Learn more about HASTAC atwww.hastac.org(link is external).
